Loyalty Scheme

Here at Kaya we like to give a little something back to you our valued customers by way of our loyalty scheme. As our way of saying thank you we reward you with points whenever you treat yourself at Kaya to both products and treatments. Points really do make prizes.

So how does the scheme work?

Each treatment with Claire, Victoria or Andrea, with a value of £20 or over and every product with a retail value over £20 is awarded a point allocation, once your spend at the salon reaches £100 you will receive a loyalty tag (don’t worry your previous points will already be loaded onto the card) and your collected points can be used for any treatment you have not experienced before, or any of our special offers. You can use your points with Andrea or Victoria.

Do I get points on everything in the salon?

Nearly everything. All treatments performed by Claire, Victoria or Andrea priced at £20 or over and all retail products (other than our concessions) with a value of £20 or over are allocated points.

Can I redeem my points on any treatment?

Loyalty points are our way of saying thank you by inviting you to experience new treatments. You are welcome to use your points for any treatment on our treatment menu (provided your chosen therapist offers the treatment) that you haven’t previously experienced. You may also use them for any of our special offers.

T’s and C’s

Loyalty treatments are performed by Andrea and Victoria only.

Loyalty treatments cannot be redeemed over the Christmas or Easter periods (definition of these periods is left to the discretion of salon management and can be subject to change at short notice).

Loyalty treatments are only to be used by the card holder, points or treatments cannot under any circumstances be transferred to another person.

Loyalty points have no cash value.

We reserve the right to stop/change the loyalty scheme at any point. No cash refund or alternative compensation will be given.
