Cancellation Policy

As you can appreciate we at Kaya offer a dedicated personal service and appointment time is precious. We will be more than happy to reschedule wherever we are able but we do ask for your courtesy in giving us as much notice as possible in order for us to offer your appointment to our other customers. If you do cancel or reschedule your appointment within our minimum cancellation period, the full cost of your treatment will be payable.

Appointment time under 1 hour- 24 hours’ notice
Appointment time over 1 hour- 48 hours’ notice
Appointment time over 3.5 hours- 72 hours’ notice
For all appointments over 4 hours a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required.

Arriving late for your appointment may result in your treatment time being cut short as it is imperative that timings for subsequent clients are maintained.
If you fail to show for 3 appointments or reschedule within the required notice period, a deposit will be required for each booking thereafter.
